Letter: Gov. Opposes HHS Welfare Work Waivers
August 22, 2012, Juneau, Alaska – Governor Sean Parnell sent a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius detailing his opposition to the department’s recent effort to allow states to waive welfare work requirements.
